40jili Terms and Conditions

Section 01

General Terms

Welcome to 40jili. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and 40jili ("we," "us," "the Platform," "40jili") regarding your access to and use of the 40jili website located at https://40jili.best and all related services, games, and features.

By registering an account, depositing funds, or accessing any part of the 40jili platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If there is any part you do not agree with, please do not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all residents accessing 40jili, including players based in the Philippines. Where Philippine law imposes additional requirements, those requirements are incorporated into our operating standards.

Section 02

Eligibility

To register and use 40jili, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be registered on any national self-exclusion list.
• You must be registering for yourself, not on behalf of another person.
• You must not have a previously suspended or permanently banned account on the 40jili platform.

40jili takes age verification seriously. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to be operated by someone under the legal age will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

Section 03

Account Registration

Each player may hold only one 40jili account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or shared device or payment methods — is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. 40jili cannot be held responsible for failed communications or payments caused by outdated information on your account.

Your account credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. Do not share them with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact 40jili support immediately at support@40jili.best and change your password at once.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, 40jili will require identity verification. This involves submitting a copy of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilHealth card, SSS card, driver's licence, UMID, passport, or similar). This is a Know Your Customer (KYC) requirement applied uniformly to all players.

Section 04

Deposits and Withdrawals

40jili processes all transactions in Philippine Peso (PHP). We currently accept deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, GrabPay (deposit only), Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, and Philippine-issued Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for most payment channels. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for GCash and Maya. InstaPay and PESONet transfers carry a minimum withdrawal of ₱500.

40jili does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals from our end. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside our control.

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as your verified 40jili account. Payments to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be declined. This rule protects against money laundering and unauthorized transfers.

• GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process within 1–3 hours on business days.
• InstaPay transfers usually arrive on the same business day.
• PESONet transfers may take until the following business day.
• Large withdrawals above ₱50,000 may require additional security review and take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals submitted during public holidays may be delayed.

Section 05

Bonuses and Promotions

40jili offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are displayed clearly at the point of claiming each offer.

General bonus rules that apply across all 40jili promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited in PHP and may be used across eligible games as specified in each offer.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable requirement is stated on each promotion page.
• Real money funds and bonus funds are accounted for separately. Real money deposits without an active bonus are always freely withdrawable.
• Only one welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses is fraud and will result in account closure.
• 40jili reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, including bonuses already credited, if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unclaimed or unexpired bonus funds will be removed from your account upon expiry.

Section 06

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 40jili platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are sourced from licensed third-party game providers with their own independently audited RNG systems. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be influenced by the platform, the player, or any external party.

By placing any bet on the 40jili platform, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Game results are final once confirmed. 40jili will not reverse completed game outcomes except in the case of a documented technical error verified by our technical team.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface. Bets placed outside these limits may be voided.
• In the event of a disconnection during an active game session, the round will be completed automatically by the system. 40jili is not responsible for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tools designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Collusion between players — including, but not limited to, coordinated wagering strategies in live dealer games — is prohibited.

For live sports betting, 40jili reserves the right to void bets where the outcome was clearly known before the bet was placed, or where there is evidence of match fixing or irregular betting patterns.

Section 07

Responsible Gaming

40jili is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We believe gaming should be entertainment — not a source of financial stress or harm. All players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available on the platform.

The following tools are available to all verified 40jili accounts:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to manage your spending.
• Session Time Notifications: Receive reminders after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account if you feel you need a complete break from gaming.

If you or someone you know is struggling with gambling, please seek help. The Philippines has resources available through the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and local mental health organizations. 40jili's support team can also assist in directing you to appropriate resources.

Section 08

Security and Fraud Prevention

40jili employs SSL encryption, two-factor authentication (2FA), and real-time transaction monitoring to protect your account and funds. We take platform security seriously and expect players to cooperate in maintaining a secure environment.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other players' accounts or to the 40jili back-end systems.
• Use stolen or unauthorized payment methods to fund your account.
• Engage in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.
• Use the platform to launder money or facilitate any criminal activity.
• Exploit technical bugs or errors for financial gain. Any such exploit must be reported to support immediately. Players who knowingly exploit bugs will have winnings voided and their account suspended.

40jili cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial regulators in the Philippines. If we have reason to believe criminal activity is occurring through a player account, we will suspend the account, freeze the balance, and report the matter to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the player.

Section 09

Account Suspension and Termination

40jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following situations:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information.
• Multiple account creation.
• Abuse of bonus offers or promotions.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity.
• Non-compliance with KYC or identity verification requests.
• Threatening or abusive behavior directed at 40jili staff or other players.

Where an account is suspended due to an investigation, any balance in the account will be held pending the outcome of the investigation. If the account is cleared, funds will be made available for withdrawal. If the account is permanently closed due to a Terms violation, 40jili reserves the right to withhold the balance.

Players may also close their own accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the player's verified payment method after any applicable withdrawal processing time.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

40jili provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain uptime and service quality, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 40jili shall not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, or connectivity issues outside our control.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate password security.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers such as GCash, Maya, or banking institutions.

Our total liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident, unless required otherwise by Philippine law.

Section 11

Privacy and Data

40jili collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By creating an account, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information as described in that policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used exclusively for account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable regulations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All personal data is stored using industry-standard encryption. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal and regulatory retention requirements.

Section 12

Amendments to These Terms

40jili reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active players via email and/or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the 40jili platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and withdraw any remaining balance before the changes take effect.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

Section 13

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings relating to your use of 40jili shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.

40jili operates in compliance with applicable gaming regulations in the jurisdictions where it holds valid licenses. Details of our licensing are available upon request by contacting our support team.
